Hi, I’m Jon Linchitz.
I’ve spent over a decade training and competing at a high level, from multi-sport athletics to national-level rugby and track cycling.
Today, I help clients get stronger, leaner, and more consistent with a clear, structured plan built around their goals.

Where I Train
I train all clients at Sports Lab NYC — New York’s newest and largest private training facility.
Centrally located at 295 Madison Avenue, with a private 41st Street entrance between Madison and Park Avenue South.
